At our shop, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Black Jackets experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

1. Arrive on time to ensure we have enough time for your full service.

2. Please ensure your hair is combed or picked through. We provide it free of charge, but it's best if it's done ahead of time.

3. Children are allowed to wait. If they are destructive, you will be asked to leave.

4. We do not service children under 2 years old. In addition, children under 6 cannot receive a line up. This is to ensure we are not damaging hair growth.

5. Please be respectful of everyone in the shop.
